When you stop eating meat, it isn't like all of a sudden you stop wanting it. You understand why you aren't eating it, but after decades of "square" meals, there are always things you miss. Like bacon. And buffalo chicken wraps. So, I started putting buffalo sauce on a variety of non-meat products and am actually just as happy. Fake chicken ("ficken" as Jake and I call it) is an obvious and delicious substitute for the real thing, but when Land O' Lakes told me to pretend I'm having a brunch and asked what I would make, I decided to push the buffalo limits. Why not throw some sauce in with deviled eggs?! (Speaking of throwing things, look what I walked into the other day... about 5 minutes after putting all of her socks away.)
But even better than just having these eggs to eat, Land O' Lakes is also going to send one of you over $100 (!) worth of awesome brunch supplies (see below). The winner will get an On-Ice Deviled Eggs Server, a Mini Muffin Tin, and a Two-Tier Server with Plates. Sweet!
Buffalo Deviled Eggs
12 hard boiled eggs dash of salt and pepper 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's Red Hot) 1/4 cup ranch or bleu cheese salad dressing 1/4 cup finely diced celery
Take the shells off the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them with the salt, pepper, buffalo sauce and salad dressing. Once they are a smooth consistency, stir in the celery. Fill the egg halves with the mixture and serve.

Disclosure: This giveaway is sponsored by Land O' Lakes, but my opinions are my own. There will be one winner randomly chosen on 6/15/2012 who will be notified by email. If there is no response within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen. No purchase necessary.
Once again, the winner will receive an On-Ice Deviled Eggs Server, a Mini Muffin Tin, and a Two-Tier Server with Plates. Good luck!
